INTERPRETATION
In these Conditions the following words shall have the following meanings

Contract:

Any Contract between the Company and the Buyer for the sale of the Goods, incorporating these Conditions

Any goods agreed in the Contract to be supplied to the Buyer by the Company (including any part or parts of them)

The Company will treat all your personal details as confidential and we will comply fully with all UK Data Protection and consumer legislation from time to time in place
OUR RIGHTS
We reserve the right to:
Modify, withdraw, temporarily or permanently this website with or without notice to you and you confirm that we shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification to or withdrawal of this website
Change the conditions form time to time and your continued use to the website following such change shall be deemed your acceptance of such change. It is your responsibility to check to determine whether the conditions have been changed. If you cannot agree to any change to these conditions then you must immediately leave the website
REFUSAL OF TRANSACTION
We reserve the right to remove or edit any materials or content on this website. We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you by reason of our moving or editing any materials or content on the website or refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction once processing has begun.
You must make sure that when you are registering that all the information that you provide is correct.
GENERAL
Each right or remedy of the Company under the Contract is without prejudice to any other right or remedy of the Company whether under the Contract or not.
If any provision of the Contract is found by any court, tribunal or administrative body of competent jurisdiction to be wholly or partly illegal, invalid, void, voidable, unenforceable or unreasonable it shall to the extent of such illegality, invalidity, voidness, voidability, unenforceability or unreasonableness be deemed severable and the remaining provisions of the Contract and the remainder of such provision shall continue in full force and effect.
Failure or delay by the Company in enforcing or partially enforcing any provision of the Contract will not be construed as a waiver of any of its rights under the Contract.
Any waiver by the Company of any breach of, or any default under, any provision of the Contract by the Buyer will not be deemed a waiver of any subsequent breach or default and will in no way affect the other terms of the Contract.
The parties to this Contract do not intend that any term of this Contract will be enforceable by virtue of the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 by any person that is not a party to it.
The formation, existence, construction, performance, validity and all aspects of the Contract shall be governed by English law and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
